SecoS, originally known as Germany's SecoS Halbleiter technology GmbH, was established in 1963. It has been dedicated to bringing the highest quality wafers to the market. In 2001, SecoS Halbleitertechnologie GmbH, with over 50 years of wafer production experience, provided technology to Taiwan's SecoS Corporation and authorized it to produce and sell semiconductor products globally.

The product line includes Zener diodes, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Surge Protection (TVS), Schottky diodes, Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT), and Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFET). SecoS automotive-grade MOS series, with more than 500 models, has become a mass-produced series that can rival brands from Europe and America. The automotive-grade TVS/ESD specializes in SMA/B/C packaged series: PPAK33, 56, 8*8.
